Privacy Policy

Flagline is a sports-research product operated by Kiwi Parlays, a business based in New Zealand serving customers in the United States and elsewhere. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
Who we are
“Flagline,” “we,” and “us” refer to Kiwi Parlays, the operator of flagline.app. You can reach us at privacy@flagline.app.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information — your email address and a hashed password (or the identifier from a sign-in provider if you use one) so you can log in and we can contact you about your account.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Whop, our payment processor and merchant of record. Whop collects and stores your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. Flagline never sees or stores your full card number; we receive only your subscription status and the last four digits for support.
- Usage and analytics — basic, mostly aggregated data about how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region from your IP) so we can fix problems and improve the product.
We do not collect government IDs, financial account numbers, or any information about bets you place. Flagline is research only — we are not a sportsbook and take no wagers.
The sports data we show
The odds, lines, and statistics on Flagline come from third-party data providers and publicly available official league sources. That data describes players and games, not you, and is not personal information about our users.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and log you in.
- To process your subscription and provide customer support (via Whop).
- To operate, maintain, and improve the product.
- To send you essential account and billing emails. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Flagline — our payment processor (Whop), hosting and database providers, and analytics tools — and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
International transfer
Flagline is operated from New Zealand and serves customers in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in New Zealand, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as described here.
Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@flagline.app and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small number of analytics cookies to understand usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without the essential ones.
Children
Flagline is intended for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. See our Terms of Service for the full age requirement.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product grows. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
